The market hosted a Bar-B-Que Throwdown between Chef TimBo WIlliams of the Thyme Table Cafe and the Chefs of L'Ecole Culinaire on Sept. 6th. Market-goers were treated to free samples from both sides. The winner? Hometown favorite, Ferguson's Thyme Table Cafe!
